For the past several weeks, I have been receiving text alerts saying that content filters are not working. We have taken every step possible to resolve the issue, even being on the phone with tech for more than 6 hours! This issue is not resolved. This is my last attempt to get it working properly before I discontinue the Smart Family service.
PHIMON94, in a world of technology, it is imperative to keep a close watch on what our children are doing. We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with this service. As you mentioned that this began a few weeks ago, have any new apps, games or software been added to this phone? What make and model phone is this?
