I amTrying to check the activity on a business account phone. The phone name is flashing up and down the page like 10 times. It won't let me click on all activity. It was doing this a few days ago too. How can i "fix" this?

I am trying to check the activity on a business account phone.  The phone name is flashing up and down the page like 10 times. It won't let me click on all activity. It was doing this a few days ago too. How can i "fix" this?
