I can't log into SmartFamily App. I was on hold awaiting customer service for more than 20 min and finally gave up...What can I do

Can't log in to the App. Keeps asking me to log back in a again for security purposes. What is going on?
I spent >20 min waiting on hold for help. Finally gave up after I read this long list of issues.

I am SO frustrated. This app is horrible. The myfios app worked perfectly! I was able to block the internet accessibility on any device in my house through that app! Now, I can't deal with all of the glitches and slowness of the #my verizon app. #fix your app

Cat-fish24, we definitely want to make sure that you're able to manage your online account, and are sorry to hear of the issues you're experiencing. Please tell us, do you experience the same issue when logging in through our site as opposed to the app? Is your application up to date? ~Izzy
