I recently purchased an iphone 7 plus for our son and added the just kids plan. I have loaded the trusted contacts but non of them are showing on his phone. Is anyone else having this problem?
It is important that you are able to use the trusted contacts feature, 8438621004. Are you able to load the contacts into the phone manually?

I got a different phone for my daughter, but it has the same issue. I have added trusted contacts in the family safety app, but she can't see any of them, or add any manually into her phone.
