I received this phone yesterday. Was informed by Verizon associate at the store this was compatible with the FamilyBase plan. However, when attempting to download the FamilyBase companion on my son's phone I received "Device Is Not Supported". From what I reviewed, thought it only had to be 4G LTE compatible. Is there something else I am missing?
We definitely want to make sure you can use the features you need. Is the device up to date? Family Base will not work on devices with Android 6.0 Marshmallow (https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-familybase-faqs/) so it's critical that the device software is up to date.
