How do I view documents that I download? Since the most recent update, the doc will download, but I can't open anything. Help please!

No errors are received. The document shows as downloaded and I can find them in the downloads folder. However I'm not able to open from there either.
Thank you for the information. Have you tried downloading an app that's able to open PDF files? We can't recommend a specific app, but there's a few in the Play Store that you might want to try. We're sure this'll take care of concern and allow you to open your documents.

Why should I have to download an app when I didn't need to prior to the recent update? Very frustrating.
Samsung is in charge of the updates for this device so we have no control over what is changed or modified with the update. I would contact Samsung support to find out if they recommend an app to help you with this concern. ~Peter
Thanks for those details. As far as the update, is this the most recent software version that was released last month? What type of files are you trying to open?

Yes the most recent update. Primary files that i'm trying to download and open are PDF.
