Need to allow access to music in Verizon Smart Family, not working

We have Verizon Smart Family and want to allow my kid access to Spotify, Pandora and Amazon Music, but all are blocked. Our settings are set to allow Music, and those specific sites are added to the Trusted sites - but the apps keep being blocked.  What else needs to happen first?
