My son’s Smart Family no longer blocking search engines since the last update to Smart Family. I repaired our phones and made sure it's set to block all search engines, but he can open Safari and browse with no restrictions. Before the update, Safari wouldn't open. I've searched for solutions without any success. I'm very concerned because this defeats the purpose of paying for Smart Family.

I certainly understand the importance of being able to manage what your children can and cannot access as I have little ones of my own, lesliekaren. Safari isn't inherently a search engine as much as it is a web browser. It is a bit alarming that he can browse without restrictions though. What happens when your son attempts to access a website like Google.com? What sort of notifications do you receive when you follow these steps to edit the content filter settings? https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-213230/
