Smart Family App Not Working

The smart Family App keeps locking me out even tho I reset the password and use the new password. It's been happening for a few months now and I finally have the time to try and get an answer. Please help!

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to share. We want you to have access to your Smart Family and great features. We know it all starts with logging in. Following the recent update, Smart Family will only be managed through the SF Parent app. Please confirm each phone’s software is up-to-date and the SF Parent and Child apps are uninstalled and reinstalled.  Once this is confirmed, try the log on on your device and let us know what happens. We can move forward from there.
