Smart Family Call Limits not working

Hello! I am using Smart Family Text Limits and Call Limits. Text Limits are set to 1 text per month and are working as expected, allowing only texts to and from Trusted Contacts once the threshold is reached (1/1). Call Limits are set to 1 minute, and after 1/1 minutes are consumed, my child can still call and receive calls from any number (even those that are NOT on the Trusted Contacts list).  Why are Call Limits not working?
