I have tried everything to get my family apps to pair. They are both on 4g, I have downloaded the app directly from the staystore, I have loaded, deleted, and then reloaded the apps on both phones. Each time the companion app says not activated. I do not know what else to do. I think I need to cancel this feature because I can not get it to work.
