Verizon is making money with a scam.... VERIZON SMART FAMILY is not scure at all....The kids use the Vertual personal Network to do what ever they want with....I called several times Verizon They couldn't do nothing BUT THEY KEEP SELLING IT ......SCAM
It's not a scam because your kids hacked their way around it. Here's an idea take away the phones from the kids until they learn to not do shady stuff.
Not the answer. The answer is to put a password to be able to turn it off.
I encourage my kid to figure things out. If he had not figured out how to by pass it, I would be dissapointed.
At this point, Verizon's Smart Family is useless, except for slow kids...
