Ever since the update to Smart Family, I no longer see any Web/App activity for my childs phone.  Anyone else?

I know I would be concerned if I was no longer seeing any activity for my children after an app update, scuscu. We definitely want to take a closer look into this. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us so we can help.

I opened a case and they suggested uninstalling..  I have done that and am waiting to see if it changes.
