Smart Family after update

Ever since Verizon decided to update there app nothing works now.  Everything has worked perfect until Verizon decided to update there app. Now nothing works. I get text messages constantly saying my daughter's phone is not paired and working properly. I then delete everything, install everything, add her and it shows paired but I cannot set schedules. The minute I click to make schedules active it instantly blocks her phone and cannot be used but shows paired. Then every day I get the same message that says child's phone not paired and not working properly. Go through the hole process again just to see that nothing still does not work. I need a fix for this! Paying for a app that can no longer be used is not good!

Hi, yes everything is using the latest software. My phone being the s23 ultra and my daughter's phone is a iphone 13 mini. I have also uninstalled both Verizon apps on phone phones and reinstalled. This has been a huge headache since Verizon decided to overhaul there app. I am wasting money on this app now.
