I was unable to install 'kids messenger' (from Facebook) app on my child's phone until I unblocked Facebook from the "content block" portion of Smart Family. Is there a way to use Kids Messenger and still block Facebook?
kbuschow, we certainly hope the kids messenger can be used. While you had to remove the block for Facebook in order to install the app, did the app work after you re-added Facebook to the block list or did you obtain an error? If an error message was received, what was the message obtained?
