Smart Family error UserID or Password Incorrect

When trying to log into Smart Family I receive an error that the user ID and/or password are not correct. I was in the app earlier today and have not been able to get in since. I am logged into Verizon right on my computer. Please help, this is creating an issue as I need to add a new phone to the app.

Hi, I know first hand just how sensative ID's and passwords can be. Are you still having this problem? What happens if you try to reset your credentials?
