Smart Family app lets me log in and then says Account Creation in progress. This has been going on for 3 months.
I went to a Verizon store and waiting for 70 minutes to talk to someone and no one at the store could figure out why. They told me to use Google Family Link, which doesn't control phone or messaging.
Verizon should have a way to turn off your kids phone when the parent needs to turn it off. I should be able to click Suspend Device whenever I want to.

We're terribly sorry for the issues you're having with the Smart Family application jedoug. Unfortunately, you can't turn on or off the child's device with Smart Family, but you can manually suspend or resume Internet connectivity on your child's device with the touch of a virtual button.
