I removed a family member and want to add them back in the Smart Family App. But every time I try it’s says it failed to add family member and to try again. I’ve been trying to 2-days. I’ve turned my phone off and removed all pages/recent places. And still I get failed to add. Is there something going on with Verizon regarding this? Anyone else have issues? Thanks in advanced.

Issues with the Smart Family feature are not what we want for you. Let's see what we can do. What make and model device do you have? Have you tried adding the line through the website https://www.verizonwireless.com/my-verizon/? Are you experiencing issues with other apps?
