Does anybody know how to get past the restriction that the smart family and companion app can only work with one customers phone line? we have two separate accounts for the parents and I'm being told it's impossible to have my child's phone calibrated with each parents phone line. I wondered if anybody had found a way to override that
If you mean a Verizon feature which is account specific, the answer is no.
Smart Family is a feature which applies to all lines on ONE account. You cannot have someone on another account access your Smart Family features.
For both parents to have access to the childs Smart Family info, both parents would have to be on the same VerizonWireless account.
