Smart family app

After being instructed to update the Verizon Smart Family app, it is no longer functioning properly.  After clicking continue on the first page that says "smart family is new and improved" I'm taken to the next page that says "review family profiles". When I click continue on this page, it just redirects to the first page again.  I have tried over and over, for weeks, and have the same result.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times with the same result. I tried getting to the content I need to adjust on my child's phone through the myverizon app but when I get to the add trusted contacts, block contacts, etc and try to make changes, for some reason it is my line that comes up to make changes on and not my childs. In desperate need of help! Thanks!
