Smart family log in issues after recent update

After the recent update, I'm unable to log in to Smart Family. It keeps telling me incorrect info. I reset my password and that still hasn't worked. I've done this 3x so now I'm asking for help. I have kids that I need this working for ASAP. I didn't want to update and now I'm concerned with their safety since this isn't working. Very frustrating to find help as well. Please help!
