My smart family app is not registering all my daughters activity only a few numbers she is contacting is registering what can I do to make sure all the numbers are back showing up that she is contacting and vice versa.

Honestly she has the only line that we need to monitor. But this is a recent a problem with her line, that her activity is not showing up. I use to be able to monitor all her activity now I can not.
