If I block a number on my child's phone using the Verizon Smart Family app, will they receive a message the number has been blocked? Or any message that I've blocked that number?

The user of the line would hear a message when trying to call a number that you blocked. Typically, they are not alerted if they attempt to text or when you first add the block. Does this information help?
