Time Restriction Unavailable

I have been trying for several days to set up Time Restrictions on a device in my plan.  Every time I have gone to the Time Restrictions tab, I get this message:


The System is currently unable to display Time Restriction details. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please check back later. Thank you.


This message is showing up for every one of the Usage Controls, and it has been this way for days!  Please let me know when these features will be working again.
