Time restrictions data plan

I have time restrictions on the Motorola Devour which apparently does not limit the data plan?

Have I misunderstood?

I can see she cant call or text during the restricted hours but she is using the data plan?

I am looking for the same answer.  I am looking for a way to block the data plan at night and during school hours.

You cannot block a data plan on a phone that requires it. Usually those who have smartphones do not need a time restriction, which is why I'm assuming Verizon has this policy.
