I have blocked numbers through Verizon Smart Family app for my daughters phone. It appears one of the blocked numbers is still able to send her texts. I don't understand why this is not working.
I know the importanceof the blocks working as they should! What model is your daughters phone? Could the other person be using a 3rd party service to communicate to the phone instead of normal SMS text?
