So, this has been going on now for weeks. But for some reason every Sunday, my child cannot use their phone. I can't even send them texts or calls. I check the app settings and there are no limits set for Sundays.
Although, sometimes a custom setting pops up for Sunday from 12:00 am until 2:30 to turn off child's phone. I've tried removing it, changing the days/times to no avail. I tried calling Verizon support and they couldn't access her phone. This is becoming a real issue. Anyone have a way to slove this issue?

That is indeed strange behavior, especially after looking at removing any controls on Sunday, cxfissure. We certainly want to make sure when you set up or remove settings that they are working as intended.
