I have been unable to connect my sons phone with the Verizon family. He never receives the activition text. No matter how many times I hit resend, he never gets the text message with the link to connect. I had no problem with my daughters phone...and they both have iPhones. Help!
Mommaofthree, we always want to ensure your services are working properly. It is odd to hear that one line is receiving the messages but the other isn't. Is he having an issues with other texts messages? Does he have any blocks set up?
