Why Can't I Access The Text Messages On My Child's Phone?

I have family base on my phone and I put a setting on the phone number [Removed] to see what the messages say and im having a hard time retrieving the messages on my cell phone .so can u help me retrieve the messages from [Removed]

You would have to look on the phone in order to see the messages.

Family Base does not have the capability to see actual message content on someone else's line.
