why does family locator only locate my phone. It always says “location services not available” for my daughter and husband’s phones even though they are on the family locator plan?

What phones do they have? Do they have GPS capability, and if so, so they have location turned on for their phone(s)? Is the companion app installe don their phones?

As a mother, I know how crucial it is to keep our kids safe m.andara. These are great questions asked by SuzyQ, and we want to be sure your Family Locator is working as it should be. An additional question that will help is what type of device do you have? Also, has Family Locator ever worked properly for you, if so when did this issue start? Thanks in advance.
