My daughter just upgraded to a new phone and all of the contacts that were stored as contacts in the family safeguards dashboard are gone. How can they be recovered?
We understand the importance of having this set up for your phone. I would be concerned as well if my settings were not saved. To clarify, due to the application being installed on a new phone you will have to reenter this information.When installing an application your saved profile information would have to entered over. I hope this makes sense.
