I found out the more you call and give them a negative review the more it hurts them in the number one spot. so call about anything and then ask about 2.2 update and what you plan to do about it.

I called again Verizon execute office today.
The nice girls spoke to me but I was shocked how clueless she was. When I asked when Froyo will be delivered, she replied...(hold on to your chair please)..."You must have dialed a wrong number. This is Verizon Wireless execute office. We don't sell yogurts in here." My jaw dropped. I couldn't believe it. I explained to her what the Froyo is and after a few minutes she still didn't get it. She must have been a secretary.
I asked me to transfer me to someone more knowledgeable. She didn't get upset and transfered me to execute office tech manager. The lady told me that they will be able to answer my concern by the EOD Thursday 03/31/11.
Whatever it means that Froyo (or something better) is coming or not, I can only speculate.

They got it on the 17th that is fact.
By the way do you work for Verizon. Seems real funny the posts I read that you posted blaming Google.
Seems like a confuse the people tactic to me
I would not blame Verizon if I didn't know for a fact is was them I don't point fingers with out proof.

google develops the os, sends to samsung who ads thier drivers, apps, vzw apps ect who sends to vzw for testing

The Carrier got the update for mesmerize on the 13th started the OTA on the 23rd
So I think it is about selling new different phones they don't care about us

That does not give them the right to scr@w us with a $600 Dollar paper weight that the dock will work on once the system is updated
Bought my dock 8 months ago and still waiting for it to work
I didn't no company were in to pre orders Buy it now and it will work properly in a year maybe

FACT??? Provide the proof. Second, if received on the 17th VZW needs to test it and add and or remove items they do not want with the update.

And if the update bricked your device for some odd reason are you willing to suck it up and buy a new device and don't hold any of the parties involved, but yourself for being impatient?
A while back Motorola tried to be more transparent and they took a lot of heat. They took a lot more heat than Samsung with this update, and HTC with the EVO bricking problem.
No matter what they do they'll get complaints.
