3G Only in Baltimore Area

My GNex has only been able to access 3G since early this morning.  I've restarted it a few times and switched it back and forth between 3G and LTE with so success.  Anybody else in this area having problems?  Can Vzw verify if work in the towers is going on?  I'm used to losing my signal often, but not usually for prolonged periods of time.
