I've been through 3 phones and my wifi calling and advanced calling will not work. Help!
Thank you for clarifying. It is definitely strange that it is not working on a replacement device. When setting up the new phone are you restoring the old information, or have you tried setting it up as a new device. We want to make sure there isn't an issue that is being caused, such as an App that may be interfering. Wi-Fi Calling would just need to be activated first in an area where there is service, then it will work everywhere. This is the same for Advanced Calling.*Gert
