Is anyone else having a problem with Gmail and the default email app on the SIII not updating incoming email often enough? The new settings only allow sync of email at the soonest of once a week. It used to be every 5 minutes... Any suggestions to restore my phone back to the Cadillac condition it was in prior to Google fat-fingering the app code in their update? It's hard to believe that they expect someone who uses their phone for business to hit the send / receive button in the email app every 5 minutes in order to have email sync.
Does anyone know how to let Google know about this oversight? Thanks for any and all replies and suggestions aside from should have got an iPhone 5.
