Anything like the S3's "driving mode"?

The S3 has a "driving mode" for hands-free phone operation. When driving mode is enabled, the phone will announce the caller ID information for an incoming call; and you can say "Accept" or "Reject" to deal with the call.
Apparently this functionality went away with newer versions of Android, and I don't see any equivalent at all. Any ideas?

Hands free is the way to be. I absolutely understand the importance of using your phone hands free while driving. There are several applications that can work with this. Does your vehicle have a bluetooth stereo in it?

I have a motorola droid and this feature worked for a while and then disappeared. I would like an answer on how to get it back.
