Apple iCloud stopped connecting on GNx

I'm on my 3rd Android phone (OG Droid, DroidX, and now Galaxy Nexus) and I've been getting push email from me.com, and now iCloud.com, all along, using the native email client. Yesterday morning, it just stopped connecting. I deleted the account and tried to recreate the account on the phone. But I now alternate between username/password errors and failed to connect to server.

I've used the directions on Apple's support site - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3709074?start=0&tstart=0 to no avail.

Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks,

Don

Set it up manually Make sure the username is XXXXXX@me.com for the names(sorry leaving mine hidden)

Manually doesn't work either. I've tried several times....

I'm just really upset that it's ben working for years and now suddenly stopped!

You matched above correctly? It works for me...  Are the pictures even showing up?

If the pictures are not showing up(Mods you suck Smiley Happy need a better validation system)

Start by selecting IMAP

Incoming should be.

Username : (Whatever you email address is)

Password : (You should know it)

Server : mail.me.com

Port : 993

Security type : SSL

Outgoing should be.

Username : See as incoming

Password : Same as incoming

Server: smtp.me.com

Port : 587

Security type : STARTTLS

Make sure everything matches up as I have it.

Are you using autofill?  If you are then it'll add a space at the end of your email address.

If you have more than one email address make sure you don't press clear data or you will have to enter all of them again.

However - I DO NOT have the option of SSL only - just SSL/TLS in incoming....

SSL/TLS is correct.  I am glancing at the pictures lol Sorry.

It works for me and hasn't stopped working for me since I bought my Nexus.

Have you tried restarting your device after you removed the account or tried clearing the email cache?

I tried your settings again this morning and all is functioning. I'm not sure why for the past 5 days this wasn't working but it is now... Go figure!?!?!

Thanks,
