Every time I call our main business line, our secretary can hear me, but I can't hear her. Started three weeks ago. We have made multiple calls to Verizon and they have yet to fix the problem. This is very frustrating bc I can not contact our secretary via the business phone. She has to return my calls via her private number. Any suggestions.... phones have been reset, shut down multiple times.

Hi Stacia. It's important for your secretary to hear you. We would like to troubleshoot this. First, is this line on a business account?

It is a business account. We have been on the phone to Verizon over 5 hours trying to fix this and visual voice-mail. Verizon has resolved nothing.
