Bad Customer Service - Alpharetta/North Point Store

My upgrade day is this Friday.  I'll be flying to California on Saturday and was going to buy a GPS to use as we drive up the coast.  So I figured I'll just upgrade from my Windows phone to a Galaxy S4 and kill two birds with one stone.

So I call my local Alpharetta/North Point store and ask them if they have the S4 in stock.

"Yes we do.  Have a nice day!"

She was about to just hang up on me.  So I had to say, "WAIT!!!  Do you think you'll still have them in stock by Friday?  That's my upgrade date."

"Sir, this is our best selling phone, I have no idea.  Have a great day!  *click*

She hung up on me.

My contract ends in October.  I don't think I'll be renewing it.

A bad attitude by one Verizion CSR shouldn't be the reason you move to another carrier. Go some place else to complete your upgrade. If you do move the service that GPS signal will be really spotty on future drives, once out of metropolitian areas.
