Does anyone know if it's possible to get a phone un-blacklisted if you're unlucky enough to end up with one from an unscrupulous seller ? What if, say, you're willing to pay whatever is still owed on the phone, unlike the seller, from whom it's unlikely Verizon will ever get what's still owed on the phone.
