Blue Tooth connection

I am hoping I can get some help.

 

I bought a 2012 VW Passat SEL and just found out that my Fascinate is not compatible with my blue tooth in the car.  VW says its the phone and Verizon says its the car.  Any suggestions on how to get this resolved?

What type of issue are you having?  The handsfree should work without issues but the other features may not be sypported because it all depends on the devices bluetooth stacks and the support for newer hardware in the stereo..

 

More information may be helpful...

Doesn't surprise me that it doesn't work: Samsung uses a custom bluetooth stack for their android phones, and it's incompatible with darn near anything that isn't a headset. I cry when my friends with EVOs or Thunderbolts pair Wii Remotes with their phones and play video games in the break room while I'm forced to use lackluster keyboard controls for the same games because Samsung didn't think I needed proper bluetooth capabilities...
