I have added my phone to the car and added the contacts/maps. However, every time I get in my car, it asks me the same thing every time. It wants to add my contacts and maps. why is this? I never had this problem with my iPhone. Am I doing something wrong.

When you get in your car and get the notification on your phone asking if it's OK to send contacts, etc. Before taping OK, tap "Don't ask again" to the left of the OK first. Then tap OK.
