my phone just broke on me and i still have money to pay on it, can i move the difference over and get another phone?

If unfortunately there is no insurance to fall back on, then log into your My Verizon account here https://www.verizonwireless.com/my-verizon/ . Under "Devices" you’ll be able to pay off the remainder of your broken phone before upgrading to something new. Let us know if there are any questions on this.
