Calendaring Question2

I'm stuck in an old habit, using AOL account for my calendaring.  It works the way I want and it is what I am familiar with.  Unfortunately, syncing an AOL calendar to my S3 is a challenge.  I managed to do it once but can not recreate that sync process and can't find the tips online that helped me do it.  How to do the sync is my basic question.

A bigger question is should I bite the bullet and move to a calendaring function on my Gmail account.  I say Gmail because that should be easy enough to sync between the S3, my laptop, and my iPad2.  What say you?

If you can get your AOL account setup as an exchange account, you SHOULD be able to sync the calendar.  What the steps would be to do so, I don't know them.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I suggest you use Google Calendar.  It works well with your gmail account, etc. and is easy to sync across all your devices including your PC and laptop.

Thanks for responses.  All were helpful.  I found a way to export my AOL calendar to Google calendar on my laptop.  I will use that as my primary calendar going forward.  It has already synced with the calendar on my S3.

I use it on my laptop, phone, and 2 tablets.  It works well for me.
