Can someone tell me if I can get detailed text message transcripts from Verizon? I had some very important messages and accidently erased them, now I need to figure out if I can get the transcripts of both my phones.
From what I understand, Verizon Wireless only keeps the 3-5 days worth of text messages in the server. After which their are overwritten with newer messages. In order to get the transcripts beyond the number and time of delivery, you need a court order to request the information.

This won't help with your current issue, unfortunately, but you may want to consider an app from Google Play that will backup your texts; SMS Backup and Restore works well.
