Can not save pictures

I have a fascinate. I recieved picture messages. The pictures are coming in with an arrow in the middle. When I long press the picture, I do not get an option to save it anywhere (ie SD, gallery, etc). How do I save pictures to my SD ?

When you press the arrow on the picture it opens in a new screen.  Then press menu, attached items, click the box next to the .jpg and click save.  It then saves it to the SD card.  Hope this helps.
