I had to get a replacement Samsun Stratosphere phone. After receiving the replacement from Verizon and starting; It would not connect to my secure home network after i installed the WEP key. The phone continues to scan and says"Connection unsuccessful. Select to try again" It appears that is just continues to scan. Any ideas how to fix? My wife's phone which is the same as my phone works well on the WIFI network.
Check your router settings, you may have MAC address filtering enabled.
