Constant Message Box

Every time I plug my usb into my phone from my computer I get a message that says "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive L:" and I can't shut the message box down. Help, please

Basically it is telling you it does not recognize your phone correctly. Make sure you have d/l the drivers for your phone and if you have, try another usb port

Thanks Dmp17 for your inquiry and thanks Nickjr for your suggestion. Dmp, when you plug your phone into your computer, does your phone show a USB icon at the top of the screen? Drag down the notification panel, tap USB connected and choose Mount. If the error is still showing, download the drivers for your phone from Samsung's support site. Click on Software after the page loads.
If you are still having an issue, it may be the SD card. Does your phone read the SD card? Go to Settings>SD & Phone Storage to see if it is showing available memory on the card.
