When will the software be pushed to correct these data signal and phone signal issues... I here it has been released however it was not pushed to my device as of yet. Get frusterated.
jared845 - There was an update issued recently and it is rolled out in phases. You may have already received it. If not, check manually to see if your area has received the update. Settings > About Phone > System Updates.

Also the update is a wifi only update. The OP needs to connect to a wifi network to download the update.
