Date and time are incorrect on my Samsung S7, how do I correct it?
Have you toggled the auto time in the settings? Reboot the phone?

have you selected network time??
are you close to or move around where time zone changes occur??
Settings > General Management > Date and Time > Automatic date and time(selects time from network) or turn off Auto date and time to set the time manually.
